Telehealth consultations involve time and professional resources from licensed healthcare providers.
Once a consultation has been completed or reviewed by a provider, consultation fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before a scheduled consultation and before provider review may be eligible for:
a full refund, or
rescheduling at no additional charge.

We will review the matter and may, at our discretion, offer a refund, partial refund, or account credit where appropriate.
If a licensed healthcare provider determines that you are not medically eligible for treatment and no prescription is issued, any consultation fee paid for that visit may be eligible for a full refund.
Due to federal and state regulations:
Prescription medications cannot be returned or refunded once dispensed, except in limited circumstances.
This includes situations where you change your mind or decide not to proceed after approval.
If you receive medication that is:
damaged,
incorrect,
expired, or
materially defective,

We will coordinate with the dispensing pharmacy to investigate and resolve the issue, which may include replacement or refund where permitted by law.
If SlimPath Solutions offers subscription or membership services:
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund prior charges.
If you cancel within the first 30 days and:
no provider review has occurred, and
no medications or services have been delivered,
you may be eligible for a full refund.
Once provider time has been used, services have been rendered, or medications have been dispensed, refunds are not available, except where required by law.
If services are unavailable due to a verified technical issue on our end that prevents you from completing a consultation or accessing paid services:
we will investigate the issue promptly, and
may offer a refund, credit, or rescheduled appointment at no additional charge.

SlimPath Solutions does not guarantee medical outcomes or specific results. Individual responses to treatment vary, and medical decisions are made by licensed providers using independent clinical judgment.
Refunds are not provided based on:
dissatisfaction with clinical outcomes,
perceived lack of effectiveness,
personal expectations of results.

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We aim to respond within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10–14 business days, depending on your payment provider.
The following are generally non-refundable:
completed consultations or provider reviews,
dispensed prescription medications (except as noted above),
shipping and handling fees,
services that have been fully utilized,
administrative or platform fees once services begin.
